Role Purpose:
The Technical Director is responsible for steering the technical vision and strategy of the organization, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance. The Technical Director ensures alignment with business goals while fostering innovation, enhancing product quality, and optimizing resource allocation, all to deliver superior solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Job Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives and vision.
- Identify emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.
- Oversee the evaluation of new technologies and platforms, ensuring they are aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.
