Job description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 3,000 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL has been established in UAE since 2008 and has offices/operations in Qatar and KSA.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in our Saudi Arabia office. As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects that make the structures of the UAE and GCC stronger and last longer. This project is expected to last 2-3 years, with the possibility of continued employment thereafter.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
2. Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with internal contracts teams
3. Developing and managing project schedules in collaboration with field leadership
4. Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and overseeing project financials
5. Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to project teams and subcontractors
6. Collaborating with Estimators and Sales teams on bids and proposals
7. Evaluating project risks and exposure
8. Building and maintaining customer relationships
9. Ensuring safety and quality standards are met

Qualifications include:

1. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; proficiency in technical writing
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3. 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction and/or restoration
4. Arabic language skills preferred
5. Experience managing projects involving structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, or historic restoration
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
7. Strong leadership and team management skills
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
9. Willingness to travel and work across the GCC as needed
