Job summary
A prestigious hotel group seeks a dedicated Reservations Agent for their Riyadh location, playing a crucial role in offering exceptional service to guests. Primary duties include handling inquiries, managing reservations, and providing detailed information about the hotel and local attractions. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding guest service and communication skills, be computer literate, and ideally have experience with Opera. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while Arabic is a valued asset.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
- Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times
- Previous customer related experience an asset
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Previous Opera experience an asset
- High communication skills verbal and written. Perfect use of English. Command of Arabic will be considered and important asset
