We are seeking a talented Manager - Interior Design for our Sports Stadium project, someone who can elevate our venue with engaging design that enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
This role will drive the interior design of diverse spaces within the stadium, creating an unforgettable experience for visitors while ensuring operational efficiency for staff.
Key Responsibilities Lead the interior design process for the Sports Stadium, ensuring designs align with the overall vision and operational requirements of Qiddiya.
Work collaboratively with architectural teams, engineers, and project managers to develop innovative and cohesive design strategies.
Design and manage interiors for various areas of the stadium including concourses, lounges, hospitality suites, and restrooms, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency.
Oversee the selection of materials, colors, and furnishings, ensuring they meet aesthetic goals and durability standards for high-traffic areas.
Establish and monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure all phases of the design process are completed on schedule.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor the construction process and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Stay informed on trends in interior design and stadium operations to incorporate best practices into the project.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure the highest quality of finished product.
Comprehensive benefits package Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 5-8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on large-scale sports facilities or hospitality projects.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple design projects from initial concept through completion.
Strong portfolio highlighting previous work in sports environments or similar high-capacity venues.
Expertise in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to liaise effectively across different project stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and compliance with local zoning and building codes is advantageous.
