• Site Supervision & Leadership: Lead the on-site interior design team, overseeing the execution of complex fit-outs for large-scale, five-star hotel developments.
• Design Fidelity: Ensure all site works strictly adhere to the approved design intent, technical specifications, and high-end aesthetic requirements.
• Full Lifecycle Delivery: Manage the project from site mobilization through to the final snagging, commissioning, and successful handover to the operator/client.
• Technical Review: Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups, ensuring they meet the project's quality and performance standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between the design office, the contractor, sub-consultants, and the client.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Implement rigorous quality control procedures on-site to minimize defects and ensure a "gold-standard" finish.
