Front Office Manager, the Night Manager will oversee hotel operations, maintain service standards, and lead the night team. Ideal candidates should be proactive, motivated, and possess strong communication skills, ensuring consistency in exceeding guest expectations and driving team performance.
Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. with 361 room, eleven distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a Spa. THE POSITION
Reporting to the Asst. Front Office Manager, the Night Manager is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service and ensuring that standards are maintained during the overnight period. The Night Manager will be responsible for the entire hotel and act on behalf of the General Manager during this time frame.
