We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent color matching skills, and the ability to work efficiently in diverse environments.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
• Mix and match paint colors to meet specific requirements and client preferences
• Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Perform specialized painting techniques such as faux finishing, texturing, and decorative painting when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper care of all painting tools and equipment
• Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and color schemes
• Estimate time, materials, and labor costs for painting projects
• Collaborate with other team members and trades to coordinate work schedules and ensure project completion
• Adapt to working in various weather conditions, including hot climates typical of Madinah

• Proven experience as a professional painter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and expert use of painting tools and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of different paint types, their applications, and color theory
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality finishes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Excellent color vision and aesthetic sense
• Vocational training or certification in painting (preferred)
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Ability to work effectively in hot climate conditions
• Basic math skills for calculating surface areas and paint requirements
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia
