Job summary

A luxury hotel chain in the Makkah Region seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee operations during the night shift. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Front Office Operations in a luxury property preferred.
• Must be a highly organized person with strong planning skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
• Good judgment with difficult guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Monitor hotel operations during the night shift.
• Log guest comments in the Duty Managers logbook.
• Supervise front office supervisors and their tasks.
• Ensure adherence to front office service standards.
