Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Hotel or Resort.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all reservation enquires are professionally handled.
• Conduct training to existing and new agents.
• Handle and resolve Guest issues positively.
• Develop and maintain the department schedule.
• Track calls and report results daily.
• Maintain administration procedures per company standards.
