Job summary

A prestigious resort in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reservation Manager responsible for ensuring seamless reservation processes and enhancing guest satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel or resort, preferably in a luxury environment, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is essential. The role involves training team members, handling guest inquiries, and developing sales strategies to maximize bookings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Hotel or Resort.
  • Luxury hotel or resort background preferred.
  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all reservation enquires are professionally handled.
  • Conduct training for existing and new agents.
  • Handle and resolve Guest issues positively.
  • Develop and maintain department schedule.
  • Track calls using standard call conversion sheets.
  • Set and amend selling strategies.
  • Run reports as required by Hotel and company standards.
