A leading restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee their human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, and be fluent in Arabic and English. This position involves developing HR strategies, enhancing policies, and driving employee engagement. Our client is a leading restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia, operating over 20 branches across the Kingdom. They are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Director to join their head office in Jeddah, KSA.
The role reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, driving organizational development, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
The HR Director will lead the companys Human Resources strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals during this critical phase of growth and regional expansion. The role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in policy development, organizational culture, change management, and HR digital transformation.
The HR Director will be responsible for strengthening HR policies, elevating the training and development function, enhancing HR Business Partnering, and driving employee engagement and performance management programs.
