Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning initiatives, including crafting recruitment strategies and managing mass hiring across local and overseas locations. Acts as a strategic consultant to Hiring Managers, handling CV sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Maintains relationships with external recruitment agencies, oversees recruitment trips, and ensures timely reporting through updated recruitment trackers.
