Join our team as an HR Manager, where you will be at the forefront of shaping our company's success story. You will have full responsibility for the HR function, ensuring alignment with our international standards and brands.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Management
    • Drive recruitment efforts for all new and replacement roles, including interview coordination, assessment days, and employee assessments.
    • Manage the talent acquisition process: sourcing, interviewing, hiring qualified applicants, and collaborating with departmental managers to define skills and competencies.
    • Conduct competency HR interviews, create job offers, negotiate terms, and partner with leadership to execute talent strategy, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Learning & Development
    • Create and implement learning and development programs, ensuring internal development opportunities for employees.
    • Develop training plans across departments, enforce them, and coordinate in‑house training initiatives based on performance‑review needs.
  • Employee Relations
    • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, advising on performance, staffing, and employee relations issues in accordance with company policy and local labor law.
    • Handle discipline, terminations, and complex employee issues, maintaining compliance with employment laws and recommended best practices.
  • HR Operations & Payroll
    • Administer day‑to‑day HR operations: employment contracts, salary letters, employee files, and monthly payroll instructions with finance.
    • Monitor employee absences, handle leave and medical queries, and support managers during probation periods.
  • HRIS & Compliance
    • Maintain the HRIS database, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records, and enforce the usage of digital systems across the organization.
    • Monitor and review policies to ensure compliance with KSA labor regulations and best practices.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Manage the performance review process, support promotions, and handle compensation benchmarking exercises. • Enforce compensation brackets, negotiate pay reviews, and support career planning for employees.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in the HR field.
  • 5+ years in an HR function with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Full understanding of KSA Labor Law and experience with HR systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, with fluency.
