As a line manager, it also includes overseeing administrators and receptionists.

In addition, the role involves facilities management, including negotiating with suppliers while maintaining strong relationships, keeping on top of contract and trade license renewal, and maintaining office supplies by checking stock and placing orders.

This role will also support the HR function, being the primary HR support for the Riyadh office, maintaining an in‑depth understanding of Saudization requirements and ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws. Reporting to HR in Dubai and the UK, the role involves supporting the entire employee lifecycle, managing recruitment, onboarding for new employees, and overseeing the visa process. Close collaboration with the Finance Manager is required to review and support payroll processes, salary reviews, local benchmarking, and employee record management.
