Overview

Our company, based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Multilingual Staff Assistant to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, and we welcome candidates from India, Africa, and any other English-speaking countries.

As a Multilingual Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in at least one other language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and schedules for multiple team members
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in at least one other language (Hindi or Arabic preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be beneficial but not required
