Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong storytelling skills; able to create content that feels real, warm, conversational, and relatable.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or shooting others on camera.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar).
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and execute ideas fast.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in proposing new content formats.
  • Bonus: Experience in beauty, personal care, or women-focused brands.
Responsibility

Location: Kota Laksamana/Malim, Melaka

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Saturday 8.30am-5pm)

  • Plan, ideate, and create engaging content for social media (Facebook/Instagram/XHS/TikTok etc), ensuring brand tone and messaging are consistent.
  • Write captions, scripts, and marketing copy that resonate with women aged 25–45.
  • Work closely with the founder and marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and support product launches.
  • Shoot and edit short‑form videos.
  • Track content performance and propose improvements based on insights.
  • Manage social media posting schedules and ensure consistent weekly output.
  • Assist in creating content for ads, email marketing, landing pages, and brochures when needed.
  • Stay updated on social trends, trending audio, storytelling styles, and competitor content.
  • Support campaign and event content needs, including product launches, roadshows, pop‑ups, offline activations, and collaborations with chain pharmacies.
