Our client is a leading events management company based in Singapore. Due to expansion, they are looking for a 3D Graphic Designer to support the operation. The ideal candidate should be someone who is passionate about design, skilled in conceptualizing and developing visuals and event space design, and a great team player. The position is based in Malaysia and fully working from home.

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for various events, including stage setups, backdrops, signage, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Utilize 3D design software to create realistic renderings of event layouts, booth designs, and thematic elements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the events management team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.
• Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting design strategies as necessary to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
• Stay updated on advancements in design software and techniques, continuously enhancing skills and capabilities to deliver cutting-edge visuals.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all materials, aligning with the company's brand guidelines and client preferences.

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and 3D modeling, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Student or graduate in a relevant field, or some equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills (Good command in English). Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, self-motivated and independent. Possess creative flair and good interpretation skills. Organised with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator and Photoshop (Premiere Pro, InDesign and Lightroom is a plus).
• Proficient in 3D design using Autodesk 3ds Max, Houdini, and AutoCAD.
• Fully work from home - Save on travelling time and expenses.
• Occasional travel to Singapore to attend meetings.
• Occasional travel to Asia Pacific to organize and host large-scale events.
