Job Responsibilities
- Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;
- Ensure close follow-up with customers to close the sales deal;
- Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship;
- Assist and follow-up payment collection;
- Prepare action plans for effective search of new and prospects customers;
- To conduct effective presentation, work out the best proposal and negotiate pricing with customers;
- To assist in planning of sales strategy to achieve the annual business plan;
- Identified new markets and business opportunities;
- Perform site office/visit on assigned basic of needed;
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management.
- Malaysian citizen and minimum diploma holder
- Willing to explore in sales roles
- Experience in doing sales will be an added advantaged
- Have own transport as this position requires to travel and site visit(mileage claim will be provided if travel outstation)
