A leading Oil and Gas company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to provide SAP support, manage procurement processes, and assist the Sabah Deepwater Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate should have at least five years in the industry and be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing expenses and supporting the team with documentation and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM holder, diploma holder is an advantage.
- Knowledge in SAP PM, MM, CP and Ariba.
- Minimum of five years' experience in Oil and Gas industry.

- Perform Entry to SAP WO / POPR / PR / PO / SE processing.
- Support end-to-end Requisition to Pay process.
- Provide SAP Material Management support.

- Perform Entry to SAP WO / POPR / PR / PO / SE processing, register and track Accruals based on Value of Work Done (VOWD) for Sabah Deepwater Maintenance Team.
- Responsible for effective support for end-to-end Requisition to Pay process.
- Provide SAP Material Management support.
- Responsible to provide SAP Technical Support i.e. maintain documents such as NCRs and transmittals.
- Responsible as Business / Administrative Support for Sabah Deepwater Maintenance Team.
- Responsible for the purchase of consumables, printing and inventory, payment to suppliers as per GCC guideline.
- Manage expenses and team budget for Sabah Deepwater Maintenance Team i.e. stationaries, sundries, training, etc.
- Perform verification check on invoices against Global Corporate Card (GCC) slips and follow up on irregularities, if any.
- Responsible for on-boarding new staff, e.g. IT Hardware requisition & other office matters.
- Responsible as Share Point Focal Point and maintains a record management system with group standard.
- Manage time writing for Sabah Deepwater Maintenance Team.
- Maintain skill pool and training matrix for Sabah Deepwater Maintenance Team.
- Minimum SPM holder, however, a diploma holder in any major is an advantage.
- Have knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Material Management (MM) and Contract Procurement (CP) module and Ariba.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Able to work well with all levels of personnel with minimum supervision.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and an effective team player.
- Be computer literate with basic to advanced skills in standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective stakeholder skills, self-motivated, highly driven for performance, customer focus and collaborative/team working skills are essential.
- Ability to manage, plan, and communicate with various stakeholders from different lines of responsibility.
