Duties & Responsibilities

  • In charge of stock movement, receiving, recording, storing and deliveries.
  • To ensure all goods receiving must in good conditions and accurately.
  • To ensure stock inventory recorded is accurately.
  • Process requisitions and requests for supplies.
  • Prepare and package items for delivery or distribution to other departments.
  • To practice regular stock check to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock record
  • Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
  • To receive incoming goods from suppliers according to correct DO item and quantity, verification on expiry date of goods.
  • Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
