Job summary
A logistics management company in Kulai is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving and storing goods, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and be proficient in operating forklifts. Basic computer skills and communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred. Competitive salary up to RM5k offered.

- Monitor warehouse inventory levels.

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damages.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store goods.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Monitor and report on warehouse inventory levels and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Implement and follow proper safety procedures and regulations.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed.
- Proven experience working in warehouse.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written is preferable.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to operate forklift is an advantage.
- Basic Salary: Up to RM5k
