Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings, efficiency, and business alignment.
Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers to ensure product quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing agreements to secure optimal terms for the business.
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with relevant departments to meet operational needs.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including performance evaluations and risk assessments.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
Prepare timely procurement reports and insights for the Finance Manager and CFO.
Accurately record incoming stock into the POS system to ensure precise inventory tracking.
