Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings, efficiency, and business alignment.
- Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers to ensure product quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing agreements to secure optimal terms for the business.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with relevant departments to meet operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, including performance evaluations and risk assessments.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
- Prepare timely procurement reports and insights for the Finance Manager and CFO.
- Accurately record incoming stock into the POS system to ensure precise inventory tracking.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement SOPs and vendor management processes.
Qualifications
