UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

You will be responsible for leading the resource capability and demand allocation for UOB Innovation Hub 2 (IH2). You will be working with the Head of Delivery together with the Department Leads (DL) to come up with the demand planning, shaping and track the demand fulfilment within IH2.

Other responsibilities include:

1. Act as primary point of contact for IH2 DLs in accepting incoming demand, work effort allocation, and identifying the best fit resource for each demand to maximize fulfilment of demands and resource chargeability.
2. Tracking role fulfilment, making sure the resource demand is fulfilled as per plan.
3. Work with multi vendors to source for candidates for the needs of the domains and managing the relationship with the vendor to deliver to plan.
4. Performing vendor performance activities towards demand fulfilment and resource quality – you will need to be able to measure the quality and quantity of demand fulfilment.
5. Inventorize resources’ skills and availability, developing a view of resources’ projected chargeability based on demand outlook.
6. Working with Procurement on the Work Order demands and/or change requests in terms of resources demand, and see-through execution of plan, working with relevant stakeholders.
7. Consolidate & leverage lessons learnt from operationalization to drive continuous improvement in demand & capacity management.
8. Drive transition of demand and capacity tracking to PPM.
9. Reports the resource demand insights to upper management on a regular cadence.

1. At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in Resource Management or Resource planning or equivalent is preferred.
2. Has hands-on experience liaising with vendors and setting the benchmarks according to company's requirement.
3. Strong understanding of business application across banking industries and the tech skills landscape.
4. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive understanding and information exchange across all stakeholders.
