  • Support inventory and stock-related documentation as needed.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts function. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience who are keen to learn and grow in a structured and supportive working environment.

You will be mainly involved in accounts receivable and accounts payable support, documentation, and basic accounting tasks reporting to Finance Manager.

Job Description:
  • To ensure timely and accurate data entry for daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and basic General Ledger entries
  • To assist in bank reconciliation and updating of bank balances
  • To prepare payment documents and supporting schedules for approval
  • To maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit and internal control purposes
  • To assist and support in month‑end closing activities
  • To assist with inventory and stock‑related documentation in coordination with the operations team
  • To perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Able to work in a structured, instruction‑based environment
