A local ecommerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time non-executive role. The candidate will be responsible for answering customer enquiries related to our ecommerce platforms and ensure the accuracy of orders and pricing. A solid understanding of mathematics, particularly for quoting prices, is essential. The role features a casual dress code and offers a salary range of RM 1,800 to RM 3,000 monthly, with additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B+ in SPM in mathematics is required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries related to ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure correct pricing through calculations.
• Print accurate orders for production.
• Monitor production timelines for orders.
• Photograph packaged orders for customer records.
• Maintain punctuality in order dispatch.

Job description

Overview

To handle enquiries and questions related to our ecommerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer buyers' enquiries (involves calculations and quoting prices for them).
• MATHEMATICS ARE REQUIRED for calculating price of products.
• Print the right orders for production to work on (ensuring all customer remarks are correct).
• Ensure orders are correct and reduce mistakes.
• Check on production to ensure they are on track for all orders.
• Take photos for customers when and after packaging their orders with good follow ups.
• Ensure customer remarks are carried out (if any).
• Make sure orders are not late, and sent to courier on time daily.

Additional

• Casual dress code, company shirt provided.
• Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm.
