Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account / Finance Executive to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to contribute to strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling the AP, AR, general ledger and profit & loss statements.
  • Responsible for invoice issuance and following up on overdue payments and timely payments.
  • Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks such as processing daily transactions and issuing payments.
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in audits, tax filings, and other ad-hoc assignments when required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma, LCCI, Degree or ACCA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prefer 1 year experience in AR/AP for junior position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, UBS) and Microsoft Excel will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Resilient, adaptable, meticulous, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
