Canggih Kilat Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur office. As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and processes. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure their accuracy

Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies

Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks

Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role

Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
