Job Scope
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
  • Monitor and follow up on all incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and correspondences to ensure timely processing and response.
  • Maintain proper records and filing for easy reference and auditing purposes.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to track the progress of tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Performing data entry and other general office duties as assigned by seniors
Requirements & Skills
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (at least 1-2 years working experience)
  • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good understanding and strong human relation skills
