Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month‑end reporting.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records (hardcopy & softcopy) and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
  • Handle statutory reporting, SST submission, tax filings, Co‑sec matters and ad‑hoc admin assignments.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Ensure full compliance and smooth handling of all e‑invoicing processes.
  • Provide administrative and accounting support including filing, data entry, correspondence, and office tasks.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a similar accounts and administrative role.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
