Job summary

Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field. Fresh graduates with good attitude are encouraged to apply
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests and translate Chinese documents to English or Malay.
  • Candidate must possess high level of common sense.
  • Candidate must also work well under pressure and multitask with efficiency.
  • Clerical skills and administrative assistance.
  • Experience in scheduling and good in communication with high level management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Job Scope
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Director including data entry, filing, document management and etc.
  • Assist in managing the Director’s calendar, appointments, and communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist the Director's PA to prepare, arrange, coordinate and deliver festive gifts to business associates /stakeholders.
  • Manage personal and confidential matters for Directors such as banking, memberships renewal, vehicles insurance, maintenance services & road tax registration and any other ad-hoc related matters.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Work with Director's PA in upkeep files and records in an organized and secure manner.
  • Provide support during Director's personal events and guests visiting.
  • Assist in driver job coordination when required.
  • Run personal errands and managing household tasks as requested.
  • Support on special tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by the Director.
