As an Enterprise Architect, you report to the Global Head of Enterprise- and IT-Architecture. You are responsible for strategic, tactical, and operative enterprise architecture decisions. In collaboration with teams inside and outside Global IT, you shape Hilti's global technology ecosystem, advance architecture maturity, set and follow standards, and lead strategic solution architecture. This role involves high intellectual engagement, understanding both individual solutions and the overall landscape.
You will be part of our international Enterprise- and IT-Architecture Team, directly connected to the CIO. Your responsibilities include shaping initiatives, collaborating with IT management, defining and contributing to integration standards, developing IT capabilities, and building a technology radar. You will also contribute to architecture skill development to enhance maturity at Hilti.
Building expertise in technical areas such as Data Architecture, SAP Technologies, Cloud Applications (AWS, Azure, BTP), Infrastructure, and understanding business domains like Sales & Marketing, Finance, Logistics, HR, and Subscription Business are essential.
You will collaborate with solution architects, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to design solutions for strategic projects. Opportunities exist to discuss strategic decisions with IT management, the CIO, and potentially the Executive Board.
