Our client is in the manufacturing industry based in Puchong. The Senior Finance Manager oversees the financial aspects ensuring organizational stability. Responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Leadership in team management and regulatory compliance is a must.

• Conduct financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
• Lead budgeting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• At least 8 years as a Finance Manager or equivalent in the manufacturing industry
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership ability in team management.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Work location near Puchong
• Salary negotiable based on experience
