Job summary
A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to support the Head of Department. You will develop marketing strategies, secure accounts, and oversee premium collections. The ideal candidate has a degree and over 8 years of sales experience in the general broking segment. Qualifications
- Degree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in General broking segment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Secure new and renewal accounts under broker portfolio.
- Servicing brokers and assisting in claims.
- Manage premium collections and monitor outstanding premiums.
- Execute all sales and marketing related activities.
- Ensure the desired portfolio mix of motor and non-motor.

Responsible in providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the Department – sales, administration and management work
- Degree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in General broking segment
- To assist the Head of Department in developing and implement marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.
- To secure new and renewals account under broker portfolio
- Servicing brokers under portfolio / to assist in claims / handling issues raised by brokers.
- To assist in managing premium collections / monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level.
- Execute all sales and marketing related activities and to assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.
- To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to the desired ratio
