We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in financial services project management to lead and deliver complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a thorough understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end project management for financial services initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
️ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in IT project management within the financial services sector.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.
