Job Description

As a Telemarketing Executive specializing in bank loan applications, you will be vital in identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calling. You will initiate conversations, build relationships, and educate prospects about our reputable services, guiding them through the bank loan application process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce our bank loan advisory services, focusing on bank loan applications.
• Educate prospects on the loan application process, requirements, and benefits of our services.
• Collect necessary information from prospects to assess their eligibility and assist them with the application.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Min Diploma.
• Previous experience in telesales / telemarketing, customer service, or sales are a plus.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and proficiency in using technology for call management and record-keeping is an added advantage.
