A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Candidates should possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary for client communication. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, Auto count, or others) will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
