Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware/software management.
• Experience with maintenance/diagnosis tools.
• Knowledge of scripts like Batch files and VBScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operation support of IT infrastructure.
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
• Provide troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate IT Projects, including design and deployment of new systems.
