Your new company is a well-known international IT solutions provider. The company has a very strong portfolio of clients, delivers tailored solutions to cater business needs especially within palm oil sectors.

As VP for Digital Transformation, your job scope includes:

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of technology initiatives within the palm oil segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate innovative solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets.
• Foster partnerships with technology providers to bring cutting-edge tools to the organisation.
• Analyse data to measure the impact of digital transformation efforts and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology adoption.

You will need to have strong experiences in:

• Strong knowledge of digital transformation within palm oil or downstream manufacturing industries
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically and implement innovation solutions
• Open to travelling when needed (especially to Indonesia and other SEA countries)
