Seven Star Group is seeking driven and eager-to-learn candidates for the role of Business Operation Executive. You will be playing a key role in managing and executing operational processes related to visa applications, ensuring clients receive professional, timely, and reliable support. The role offers valuable exposure to both international and local interactions, allowing you to connect with various nationalities while deepening your understanding of administrative and operational structures.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all client documents before submission.
• Manage online submissions and appointments through the OSC MM2H system (Putrajaya).
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as MOTAC, the Immigration Department, and banks for MM2H processing.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to strict timelines and regulatory requirements.

• Communicate with clients professionally to guide them through documentation, requirements, and application procedures.
• Handle client inquiries with confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments (property, education, relocation teams) to support clients’ settlement needs.

• Maintain organised filing systems and digital records for all applications and approvals.
• Prepare progress reports, status updates, and summaries for management review.
• Manage daily administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Contribute to workflow optimisation, documentation improvements, and SOP enhancements.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with government agencies and business partners.
• Attend briefings, policy updates, and training sessions required for operational duties.

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client queries clearly and efficiently.
• Provide after-sales support and assistance for post-approval enquiries.

• Preferably 4–5 years of experience in office administration, operations support, or documentation processing.
• Certified / Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields are preferred.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
