We are looking for a Debt Collection Executive to join our team at United Capital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is responsible for effectively collecting outstanding payments and managing customer accounts to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Contact customers to discuss and resolve outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
  • Provide regular updates on collection progress and performance
  • Identify and escape complex or sensitive cases as needed
  • Support the development and implementation of effective collection strategies
  • Minimize and resolve customer complaints
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a debt collection or customer service role
