Product Preparation

• Prepare beverages, ice cream, and waffles according to the prescribed standards.
• Ensure proper portioning.

Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers politely and efficiently.
• Take orders accurately and handle cash/QR payments.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries.

Outlet Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.

Teamwork

• Support team members during peak hours.
• Assist with stock receiving, storage, and replenishment.

Others

• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
