A finance and transformation consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Financial Planning & Transformation Analyst to implement process improvements and drive data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance, along with 4-7 years of experience in financial planning or process improvement. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI is a plus. This role emphasizes developing SOPs and supporting automation solutions.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or operations improvement.
- Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting operational data.
- Experience documenting processes and supporting automation tool implementation.
Responsabilités
- Review and map current workflows to identify efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
