Chrisjac Recruitment are delighted to be working with this highly respected services company to engage a junior accounting related staff on a 3-month contract basis. This company based at Bukit Jalil requires 2 temporary/contract staff to start ASAP. This temporary role will be for the months of October-December with an immediate start based at Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

This position offers an immediate start on a temporary contract basis for 3 months. Reporting to Finance Manager/Executive, the primary purpose of AR & SST Officer is to manage the Accounts Receivable and Sales & Service Tax in a timely and accurate basis. In this role, you will be working alongside the senior Executive and Manager on the day-to-day basis in the finance department.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Handling Accounts Receivable portfolio.
  • Key in data in the accounting system.
  • Entering invoices into the system.
  • Data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Manage and be responsible for the SST submission.
  • Liaise with operations and other departments to gather information, queries and to enter information into operational finance systems.
Candidate Requirements
  • Must be Malaysian with minimum SPM or diploma qualification in Accounting/Finance.
  • Some work experience would be ideal.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Immediately available or with very short notice to take up the job offer.
