This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes for high-precision medical devices, enhancing equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should have relevant experience in SMT operations or injection molding, and familiarity with extrusion processes is advantageous. Qualifications

  • Experience in SMT operations and IPC standards.
  • Hands-on injection molding experience required.
  • Experience with polymer extrusion lines is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive root-cause analysis and yield improvement projects.
