Job summary
A freelance platform is seeking a Freelance Copywriter to develop and localize marketing and corporate content into Bahasa Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in copywriting and a strong command of Bahasa Malaysia. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to ensure the content aligns with branding guidelines. This is a short-term freelance position. Interested candidates should submit their resumes and writing samples in Bahasa Malaysia.

- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and good understanding of English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and localize marketing and corporate content into Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ensure alignment with industry terminology and corporate branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content consistency.

- Develop and localize marketing, corporate, and technical content into Bahasa Malaysia for various channels (websites, brochures, social media, etc.).
- Ensure content aligns with industry terminology, corporate tone, and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all copy.
- Conduct research to ensure content is relevant and accurate within the Oil & Gas context.
- Adapt English content while maintaining message integrity, tone, and clarity.
- Minimum qualification: Passed SPM, Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related writing work, especially in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and good understanding of English.
- Available on a freelance / project basis.
