Job Description:

• Develop and maintain cost models to accurately calculateproduct, plant, or project costs.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of raw materials, productionprocesses, and finished goods to identify cost-saving opportunities andimprove efficiency.
• Monitor inventory valuation, conductaudits, and assess production yield to enhance cost efficiency and accuracy instock reporting.
• Prepare management accounts forcomprehensive costing reports and provide valuable insights to supportmanagement decisions and audit processes.
• Identify and implement enhancements incosting procedures and financial controls, working closely with cross functionalteams to strengthen cost management strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales, plant and financeteam to prepare annual budgets, forecast costs, and align cost controlmeasures with overall financial objectives.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield, with professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA being
  highly valued.
• At least 5 years of experience in product costing,preferably within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a strongbackground in cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience withERP systems, with knowledge of Navision being a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyzecomplex data to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate withcross-functional teams and present financial insights clearly.
