Job role
  • Lead the payroll team in the Outsourcing department
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Review reports prepared by Associates
  • Process statutory and salary payments via online banking
  • Act as a key point of contact in client relationships to enhance client experience
  • Meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail
  • Keep up to date on relevant legislations
  • Train Associates and provide guidance and assistance where required
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll proposals
  • Assist management in identifying issues and implementing potential improvements within the payroll function
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Vibrant personality and ability to manage and meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting software (XERO) is an added advantage
