As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth running of our pharmacy operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.
Assisting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications
Hit monthly sales target, hit commission tiers (salary is basic+Commission+OT+ EPF + performance bonus)
Attend training
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Answering customer inquiries and providing basic health advice
Ordering and stocking pharmaceutical supplies
Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients
Diploma and above, relevant education is preferable
Willing to undergo pharmacist assistant training
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using computer systems and pharmacy software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
