Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operations Pharmacist to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on regulatory compliance, pharmaceutical distribution operations, and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and accurate information on drugs and medicinal products to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation, packaging, storage, and distribution of dangerous drugs and psychotropic substances.
• Ensure full compliance with the Poison Act, Medical Devices Act, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines and product knowledge at both company and market levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality management systems and operational processes.
• Support efficient and cost-effective operations across related functions.
• Ensure operational processes comply with established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of operating policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Coordinate periodic stocktakes and work closely with finance/accounts on inventory planning and audit reviews.
• Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of regulatory, operational, and management reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations on regulatory and operational matters.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with GDP, GDPMD, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and registered as a Licensed Pharmacist in Malaysia.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations, regulatory, or distribution environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Highly meticulous, well‑organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
