Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily repair and maintenance of game machines at stores.
• Support the repair and upkeep of indoor playground equipment.
• Prevent future malfunctions of game machines through maintenance.
• Assist with store and kiosk setup for amusement locations.
• Support dismantling and relocation of game machines when needed.
• Ensure safety and proper functioning of machines and equipment.
• Monitor Out-Of-Service (OOS) rates to meet departmental targets.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Support the repair and upkeep of indoor playground equipment.
• Prevent future malfunctions of game machines through proactive maintenance.
• Assist with store and kiosk setup, particularly for amusement and arcade locations.
• Support the dismantling and relocation of game machines during store closures.
• Ensure the safety and proper functioning of all machines and play equipment.
• Monitor Out-Of-Service (OOS) rates to ensure they remain below departmental targets.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management or the holding company.
