Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Mandarin Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our growing team at Gravity Game Unite. In this role, You will provide support to our player base for popular PC and mobile game titles, ensuring upbeat and high-quality assistance via email, tickets, IM communication, etc
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to players through various channels (email, tickets, IM, etc.) to enhance user satisfaction and strengthen game branding
Communicate with players in a friendly and professional manner, responding to gameplay inquiries and handling player complaints
Troubleshoot in-game issues such as item restoration, account-related matters, and billing inquiries
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary
Support service localization efforts, including FAQs, email templates, and scripts (English to Mandarin)
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; additional languages are an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in the gaming industry or customer service-related roles
Strong passion for MMORPGs and a deep interest in gaming culture
Ability to analyze issues logically and solve problems effectively
Good written communication and typing skills
Proactive, patient, detail-oriented, and highly responsible with strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
